Łukasz has over 20 years of experience in business and language teaching. He has worked for the largest international corporations as well as individual clients. Since 2008, he has been an entrepreneur running businesses in the fields of education, marketing, PR, event organization, and sports sponsorship.
He is an expert in the field of sports funding by local government units (JST) and a co-author of the Sports Marketing handbook "Step Up to the Next Level". He specializes in training top executives and entrepreneurs in Business English skills. He is the creator of the proprietary teaching method ONE WAY – YOUR WAY, which focuses on the business concept of formulating SMART goals.
He graduated from The Institute of World Politics in Washington, D.C. (USA) with a focus on International Business Statecraft. He holds a degree in English Philology from the University of Opole and International Relations from the University of Wrocław, where he specialized in diplomacy. He is a specialist in linguistic translation in the fields of construction, architecture, and urban planning, confirmed by postgraduate studies in these areas at the University of Wrocław and certification from the Supreme Technical Organization. He is a manager by education, having completed Management Studies at the WSB University in Wrocław and an Executive MBA at the Polish Academy of Sciences.
He is a former Director of the Communication, Marketing, and Sponsorship Department at PGNiG (Polish Oil and Gas Company), President of the PGNiG Ignacy Łukasiewicz Foundation, a member of the Supervisory Board of PGNiG Superliga, and President of the Physical Culture Development Foundation managing 1,700 sports facilities in the "Orlik 2012" program. He is the founder and director of the Lucky School language school and the General Manager at TEAM PROmotion Marketing and Sports PR.
His ambition is to educate future young executives and business owners who will succeed in both the domestic and international markets. Privately, he is passionate about sports. A former basketball player and race car driver, he enjoys playing tennis, watching good movies, and pursuing his hobbies and interests in his free time. Mark is a seasoned businessman with a diverse range of experience. After earning a degree in Theoretical Physics he started his career as a nuclear safety advisor. After 6 years he moved to the IT industry joining a small 10 person software development company in his home town in England. There he got to experience all aspects of running a business from training to customer support to international business development.
This environment allowed him to develop his interpersonal skills with both customers and business partners. Following an acquisition of the company by Autodesk, the multi-billion dollar software creators of AutoCAD, he joined their global strategy team. He was part of a small team responsible for creating and implementing the sales and marketing messaging for $300m of civil engineering products globally. After 4 years, in 2017, Mark left Autodesk and since then has been working for himself providing English language and business training in Poland to private individuals as well as businesses.
